Working to find the right childcare for you...
Having established the type of childcare that would best suit your family's needs we will begin by advertising in your area for a suitable nanny. At Helping Hands Nanny Agency we will only introduce you to qualified and experienced candidates who, on the time of your meeting, will have already had an in-depth interview with us.
After finding a suitable candidate, we will then send you their profile. This will include a synopsis of their interview with us, details of the candidate’s qualifications, their employment history and their personal interests. If you feel at this stage that you would like to be introduced to the candidate we will then arrange for them to meet you.
Candidates full CV and copies of their childcare certificates and references are available on request.
We will also have been working towards confirming the candidate’s employment history, checking their references and ensuring that they have completed a CRB disclosure.
Extra support and guidance
In addition to providing you with a suitable candidate for your childcare, we offer continued support and guidance for you and your newly appointed employee throughout the first few months of their position. We have a wealth of experience working with a broad range of ages from birth to teenagers and we are able to utilise our knowledge and expertise to support and guide families in all areas of childcare, including child health, child development, child behaviour and working with children who have special educational needs.
We also understand the importance of ensuring that the nanny you will be employing has a Contract of Employment/Business Agreement in place prior to them starting work with you and unlike most agencies, we liase with all our registered families and offer this facility as a complementary service.
