Agency Registration Requirements

To be considered for one of our Nanny placements it is the agency's requirements that you have at least two years experience of working with children and/or a relevant childcare qualification. We also ask that you have an up to date First Aid Certificate and have obtained an Enhanced CRB Disclosure or be willing to apply for one and you must be able to supply us with at least 2 references, one of whom should be your most recent employer. Details should include their full address, contact numbers and an email if referee lives abroad.

To complete your initial registration with Helping Hands Nanny Agency please include a copy of your CV (if you do not have one, we will send you a blank document to complete.) We also ask that you send us a passport size photograph so that we may add this to your candidate profile.

Please be aware that if your application with us is successful then you will be required to attend an in-depth agency interview. At the time of your interview you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. We are required to see your original documents including your childcare certificates, CRB Disclosure and 2 forms of identification (passport, driving licence, birth certificate or utility bill). If you are unable to attend an interview due to your location, then you will be asked to send us copies of your documents. If we are successful in securing you a position, we will arrange for a face to face interview to take place before commencement of employment. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PUT YOU FORWARD FOR ANY PLACEMENT UNTIL WE HAVE SEEN THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION.
